Before founding ASHLIN, Mrs. Botts served as the Deputy Chief Administration Officer for Health and Human Services Programs in Prince Georges’s County, Maryland. During her tenure, she developed innovative and culturally competent approaches to improve the efficiency and productivity of human services programs.
