ASHLIN’s Certified Clinical Medical Assistant apprenticeship is helping OSS Health fill critical labor shortages across the region. In partnership with Harrisburg Area Community College, local workforce boards, and community agencies, ASHLIN developed learn-as-you-earn opportunities and wraparound supports for underserved and underrepresented people.
