Senior Project Specialist

The Senior Project Specialist plays a primary leadership role in the daily operation of Job Corps’ Student Training Support Contract at the National Office of Job Corps in Washington, DC. The Senior Project Specialist is a team leader in the strategic planning and implementation of program and policy developments to improve Job Corps’ student training program performance and ensure timely production of quality deliverables as required.

The Senior Project Specialist will serve as the “front-facing” staff with the two regional offices and center-based staff. They must have outstanding judgement and critical thinking skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a demonstrated commitment to continuous quality control and improvement. This position will function in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment, and must be able to work both independently and as a member of team. Organization skills and the ability to work on multiple complex tasks are essential. Candidates must be willing to travel as required.

The Senior Project Specialist conduct research industry trends and will assist in the development and implementation of innovative program initiatives.

Project Manager

Data Analyst

ASHLIN Management Group is seeking a strong and dedicated Data Analyst to join our team working with our data analytics team. This professional will start off working with cloud-based visualization platform, CompassBI powered by Sisense, on visualizing descriptive statistics and other key performance indicators. Additional projects will include supporting our team of project specialists in developing deliverables to our clients based research and analysis methods, using statistical models on business data collected in field. Analyst should also be comfortable preparing routine as well as ad-hoc business reports and PowerPoint decks to present the information to senior management and clients.
