The Role: Workforce Apprenticeship Case Manager

Data Analyst

ASHLIN Management Group is seeking a strong and dedicated Data Analyst to join our team working with our data analytics team. This professional will start off working with cloud-based visualization platform, CompassBI powered by Sisense, on visualizing descriptive statistics and other key performance indicators. Additional projects will include supporting our team of project specialists in developing deliverables to our clients based research and analysis methods, using statistical models on business data collected in field. Analyst should also be comfortable preparing routine as well as ad-hoc business reports and PowerPoint decks to present the information to senior management and clients.

Case Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all services and help ensure that the client is making meaningful progress toward increasing earnings and securing stable housing
  • Introduce clients to the process, review the – assessments, develop and amend Housing Stabilization Plans and DIRPs, help clients overcome barriers to housing stability and self- sufficiency.
  • Develop trusting relationships with clients assigned to them and monitor clients’ progress on housing stability journey
  • Responsible for conducting outreach to referred clients, engage clients in 2Gen activities, re-engaging those clients who started to participate and subsequently stopped
  • Responsible for the engagement of clients and should identify goals and activities appropriate for housing stability, barrier removal and career-pathways.
  • Responsible for coordinating with TEP providers to identify appropriate education and occupational training programs in addition to employment opportunities for families
  • Meet with assigned clients as well as maintain case notes on all client contacts

 

Employment Specialist

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent coaching, facilitation and teaching skills to clients assigned to the program
  • Responsible for tracking client’s engagement status and overall employment and training activities
  • Create stimulating learning environment whereby clients continue to remain motivated throughout the employment preparation process
  • Assist clients with resume development
  • Build motivation and self-confidence
  • Evaluate client’s skill levels to job match and counsels clients accordingly
  • Help ensure clients have attended interview workshops
  • Assist in conducting mock interviews
  • Conduct supervised job search sessions that train clients to identify opportunities in the employment community and to effectively secure employment
  • Works in collaboration with families and other partners to identify employment opportunities to clients
  • Interpret CASAS ESC appraisal scores, review results with the clients and their assigned case manager
  • Assist staff in workshop activities, recruitment, job fairs and other employment activities in and outside of the Resource Center
  • Explore barriers to housing stability, employment placement and retention, counsels clients accordingly and engages them immediately in alternative job placements
  • Meet with clients as well as maintains case notes on all client contacts
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by management

HMIS Admin/Data Specialist

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day-to-day operations involving data and submission of system data
  • Ensures data integrity by reviewing system data regularly
  • Provides data reports and analysis as required by the Statement of Work and/or upon request by DHS
  • Responds to ad hoc data or reporting requests within two business days
  • Adheres to policies, procedures and HMIS best practices and compliance
  • Responsible for developing strategies in coordination with DHS for using data-driven solutions for homeless assistance
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by management

Housing Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary connection between clients, case management staff, service providers, property owners, property managers
  • Research affordable housing options through public housing, nonprofit housing, and other community opportunities
  •  Educate property owners, property managers, families, and community members about the housing needs of identified program participants, and provide appropriate advocacy on behalf of clients
  • Assist clients with review and understanding of housing applications, leases and program agreements
  • Assess need for reasonable accommodations/unit modifications and ADA compliance, and assist clients through the process to obtaining the request
  • Maintain thorough and accurate progress notes, files, and correspondences while maintaining confidentiality of clients
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by management

Project Manager

ASHLIN Management Group is seeking a uniquely qualified individual with deep expertise in Project Management to support current and future consulting engagements. As Project Manager, this individual will be responsible for a host of responsibilities including client relationship, leading a highly capable engagement team of ASHLIN analysts to ensure client goals and requirements are being met and specified program outcomes are being delivered, develop workflows and use them effectively to manage the project and forecast monthly staff utilization levels and track them against budget spending. Ideal candidates include those who are driven find solutions where they may not always be apparent and brings an attitude of “can-do” to the position. The ability to inspire and motivate a team of dedicated analysts in a fast-paced environment is essential.

SaaS Technical Sales Representative

ASHLIN Management Group is looking to build a team of ambitious, freelance Technical Sales Representatives (TSR) to grow our SaaS technology business, in the Data Visualization as well as eLearning Solutions space (http://ashlininc.com/solutions/). Specifically, ASHLIN seeks to grow our business in the non-profit and small-business sectors that can leverage our Business Intelligence and eLearning tools to streamline and bolster their organizations.

  • Selling on value and return on investment vs. technical attributes

  • Creating demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to our solutions
  • Having a deep understanding of the way non-profit and small businesses operate, and how to use that understanding of the priorities that drive decisions from the senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred Years of Experience: 7+ years of full cycle sales experience, with at least 3 in technical sales
  • Experience either managing a list of 6-20 accounts
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand USP for ASHLIN’s suite of technology solutions
  • Experience initiating and cultivating relationships at the senior leadership level and above
  • Ability to build and deliver presentations to your customers
