Project Manager/Workforce Development: Student Training Program

The Project Manager/workforce development candidate will be a highly qualified individual with deep expertise in Adult Career and Technical education. He/she will oversee highly visible, multi-year engagement developing and improving Student Services Programs for a major agency of the US Government. This individual shall have direct experience with implementing career technical training programs, standards-based education, applied academic approaches, and educational assessments.  As Project Manager, this individual will be responsible for overseeing a fully functional, highly capable engagement team of analysts to ensure client goals and requirements are being met and specified program outcomes are being delivered. The ideal candidate is passionate about leading a team of motivated, dedicated professionals in a fast-paced environment on a project designed around the use of computer technologies in the delivery of classroom instruction for young adults.

The Business Analyst position is responsible for understanding business process management and business requirements of the client. This role requires very strong technical skills, coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of the client's needs so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements.
